CANCELLATIONS and GUARANTEES: 

Once an inspection has been scheduled, you have up to 72 hours before the scheduled time to cancel at NO CHARGE. If within 72-24 hours before the scheduled inspection time, a 10% fee will be applied. If the inspection is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled inspection time, a 50% fee of all services ordered will be applied to the refunded amount.
